As the Founder and owner of jooux, the Deaf Sexual Wellness Center, Bee brings over a decade of expertise in delivering compassionate, informed sexual health and education services. Their dedication extends to offering specialized training for educators and interpreters, ensuring a holistic approach to sexual well-being. With personal experiences shaping their journey, Bee pursued a Master's in Human Sexuality Education, driven by the need to overcome barriers to sexual education and healthcare. Bee's ethos centers on active listening, responsive engagement, and collaborative efforts within communities. Their ultimate goal is to bridge the gaps in healthcare for the Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, Hard of Hearing, and Late-Deafened communities, thereby reducing health disparities. Passionate about accessible education and sexual healthcare, Bee is committed to offering comprehensive sexual health education across all age groups. Their initiatives encompass professional training and the advocacy for inclusive, affirming sexuality education in Deaf K-12 academic programs.
