A Peek Behind the Curtain

A How-to Guide to Screening, Evaluating, and Scheduling Interpreters

Attendees will learn how to develop and implement a screening process for hir-ing new interpreters in order to effectively evaluate candidates. Through pre-workshop assignments, attendees will have an opportunity to develop screening tools to utilize in daily practice. Attendees will also be taught techniques and strategies for scheduling, creating policies, and a cohesive pool of interpreters.
