Note Taking for Healthcare Interpreters

Have you ever wondered how note taking could help your consecutive interpreting in healthcare, but not sure where to start? Tried note taking and gave up because it was distracting? This language-neutral workshop is for you! This workshop is appropriate for all foreign languages and all skill levels. Legal interpreters are also welcome to attend.

Identify note taking as a tool for memory development/accuracy

Identify note taking strategies and symbols for consecutive interpreting

Practice note taking techniques for consecutive interpreting
