“The Leader Within”

Volunteering is stepping into a leadership role and it can be scary. There are usually more questions than answers:
Do I have the time? Do I have the skills or the knowledge to do the work? What happens if I disagree with others' ideas? This workshop will discuss the various leadership styles and identify individual leadership tendencies. We will engage in activities to better understand group dynamics so participants are adequately informed in order to make better decisions about where they can contribute most effectively.
Participants will be able to identify different Leadership styles.
Participants will be able to identify their own leadership style.
Participants will work as a group toward a solution using the leadership styles and strengths of the group
