DeafLink, a division of The League presents a story-telling, visually-depicting, theatrically-appealing, in-your-hands approach to entertainment like you've never seen before! Performers Peter Cook and Wink bring you a world of story telling and improv comedy in American Sign Language (ASL). Peter Cook is an internationally known Deaf performing artist whose work incorporates American Sign Language, pantomime, storytelling, acting, and movement. Wink, a child of two Deaf parents, takes his passion with him across the United States to promote American Sign Language, Deaf rights, and comedy.
Interpreter and Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) services provided for non-sign language users.
AFTER PARTY presented by inTRAC & 3 Rivers 8:30-10:30 pm. Join us following the show for a silent auction and a meet & greet with the performers. Enjoy complimentary desserts and a cash bar in the AUC Ian Rolland Gallery catered by the local Deaf community!
